Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation in advance for a tee time, group booking or open competition by either party we will initially offer an alternative date at no extra charge or refund the payment received on the following terms where applicable:-

Cancellation must be notified to us a minimum of 24 hours in advance

In event that the golf course is closed a decision which is made by management

Payment made by debit card or cheque: 100% – full refund. Payment made by credit card: 95% – to recover commission and other charges. 

For memberships and card top up refunds an application in writing must be made to the management for a refund to be considered.

We do not operate a refund policy for unused tee times. Should you need to cancel or amend a booking for any reason please contact us first by telephone or e-mail – see our Contact page.
