John Brown is the current Junior Organiser Tel 07747014453 if you are new to the Club and wish to meet other Juniors please give him a call and he will do his best to organise a match for other Juniors of a similar age/experience. Competitions All Juniors with a club handicap can enter all adult competitions by putting their names on the competition noticeboard in the Club house, with the exception of the monthly stableford and monthly Medal competitions which are run over two days on a turn up and play basis by booking your own tee time (see our Club Diary for dates). Every Thursday evening during the summer juniors are welcome to enter the "Thursday Thrash" which is open to all members. This competition is played over the back 9 holes teeing off from 5pm (sign in at the pro shop first). Group Coaching Hadden Hill runs a series of 8 week courses on a Saturday morning for children wishing to improve their golf following the YMG Coaching system (Young Master Golf) - a progressive learning system designed by two golf professionals the course fee includes the YMG golfing pack. Junior Membership Juniors are always welcome at Hadden Hill and the discounted membership we offer reflects this. We hope the opening of the par 3 course will further attract both boys and girls to become involved in the sport this summer. We hope you will enjoy your golf here whether playing, practising or receiving coaching from our PGA Professionals. Golf is a great game and we encourage juniors to become involved. GolfMark We were awarded the Junior Golf Mark accreditation in September 2005, and work with the Golf Foundation (The Golf Foundation is a charity committed to the sporting and social development of young people through golf) promoting golf in local schools introducing basic golf skills using the Junior Golf Passport system 'A fantastic resource to encourage young golfers' - Nick Faldo In the spring of 2008 we were awarded the full English Golf Union and English Women's Golf association Golf Mark Award and Sport England's Club Mark Accreditation. The award singles out our club as a welcoming safe and positive environment for the development of golf, especially with young people.
