Firstly we always invite you to come to the Club and meet with Adrian Smith the Club Secretary and have a look at the Course and Club. If after Playing 18 holes you'd like to join we will refund your Green Fee.
We are a small but very friendly club with members of all ages, abilities and handicap levels.
We have club days for the Ladies and Senior Members with Competitions mid-week and at the Weekends for working Members.
Thursday Thrash nights run throughout the summer as a 9 hole turn up and play competiton where you can turn up from 5-6pm to meet other Members, after which you can have a meal in the Club house as well as discounted drinks from 7-9pm, (guests are welcome to join you)
Golf is a great game and if you would like to join us and enjoy all that a Golf Club can offer; meeting new people, learning a new sport, the exercise and the superb course with its excellent fairways and greens, then we would be only too pleased to welcome you.
Full and 5 Day Adult members can have a County Card for just £5 (normally £15).

Memberships categories:
Full - Unrestricted play 7 days a week.
5 Day - (Mon-Fri.) Unrestricted play Mon to Fri (Excl Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas day and New year's Day incl).
Green Fee - (Pay as you play basis). Pay a discounted Green Fee each time you play.
Juniors - Some restrictions may apply to weekend mornings - (experience dependant).

Membership at Hadden Hill runs from 1 May - 30 April, members joining at any other time of year will pay pro-rata. Please enquire for the current prices.
There are currently no Entrance Fees for new members. Membership subscription for Full Category can be paid by monthly standing order if preferred.
5-day or Green Fee memberships must be paid in full upon joining.

Memberships are available in 3 categories: Full, 5 Day (Mon-Fri.) and Green Fee (Pay as you play basis). Members have the following privileges & advantages:
· Tee reservations available up to 2 weeks ahead for weekends & up to 8 days ahead for weekdays.
· Approx. 25% reduction if paying a green fee & all members receive approx 1/3rd reduction in the price of range balls.
· Availability to obtain a handicap and enter club competitions/matches (competitive and friendly).
· Handicap players (24 and below) are permitted to use the competition tees (White) when required.
· Full use of Clubhouse facilities as well as practice putting green and chipping areas.
· County Card - Join for £5.00 (£15 for Green Fee Members) per year and receive discounted green fees at all other participating clubs. Ask for more information or see notice boards. Terms and Conditions Apply.
· Members Privilege Scheme - All Members have reciprocal playing privileges at the 16 other MPS clubs. Ask the Secretary for more details, or follow this link www.mps-qualitygolf.co.uk
· Members of a golf club are normally able to pay green fees at all other golf clubs.
The golf course is available for members at all times. All play, 9 or 18 holes, is organised through the Pro Shop by telephone or by booking in person. Members can book seven days in advance for weekdays and two weeks in advance for weekends. Play can be booked from the 1st and 10th tees. Male Members are entitled to play from the White tee markers at any time providing they have a handicap of 24 or less.
Important: Members must check in with Pro-shop before play.
Handicaps
All members will be entitled to an official handicap. This will allow entry into competitions at Hadden Hill and other clubs. To obtain your first handicap you must submit three cards, marked and signed by either a club member or another person with an official handicap. If you have an existing handicap from another club please supply the Secretary's Office with a copy of your certificate. Handicaps are issued and maintained by the Handicap Secretary. The possession of an official handicap will permit entry in to most golf clubs in the UK and abroad. Handicap certificates are issued by the Pro-Shop, Committee members or the Secretary.
Competitions
Throughout the year there are numerous competitions run for all members. These range from Club Stablefords to the Annual Club Championship. The club has a competitive Scratch team which participates in many friendly matches against local clubs. These competitions are organised by the Committee and the entry forms and information are posted either outside the pro shop or in the clubhouse by the main stairs. We recommend that you check the notice boards frequently as they are regularly updated with competition and other important information.
Ladies Section
The Ladies section at Hadden Hill organises a wide variety of competitions and matches for lady members to participate in. They regularly play on Tuesday mornings and weekends. The Ladies section has its own committee headed by their Captain and Vice Captain.
Seniors (H.O.G.S.)
The Hadden Old Golfers Society (H.O.G.S.) runs its own committee and diary of matches. Members must be over 55 years of age. The Hogs regularly play on Tuesday mornings as well as organising matches against other clubs.
English Golf Union Membership
Included in the entrance fee is a £6 contribution to the English Golf Union. This fund goes towards the running of the Berks, Bucks, and Oxon Golf Union ,(B.B & O.) which runs regional tournaments. The fund also goes towards the production of the Rules of Golf which is published every 4 years. Please collect your free copy from the Secretary's Office or Pro shop.

1. Please note: All subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Payment: cash, cheque or standing order please.
3. There are discounts for juniors with full parent members and students.
4. All prices include English Golf Union subscription & membership social fund. (Juniors do not pay Social Fund).
5. Monthly standing order payments must be made continuously to the end of the current membership year on 30th April.
